I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were outstanding with a beautiful pool and plenty of activities to do. The location was perfect, it was right next to the beach which made it easy to go back and forth. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Additionally, the room was very clean and well-kept.

It is near the airport. Wonderful breakfast with a wide range of choices. Porto de Galinhas City-Centre is a district that deserves exploring. The hotel was placed just 1 mile from porto de galinhas

You have to pay for all the nights that you stay there on your arrival. Be prepared to have cockroaches in your room. There are a lot of mosquitos (and big ones).

We loved the bonus of having a sea view and enjoyed the pool during our stay.

The resort is located right next to the beach and has lovely grounds with a nice pool. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-organised. the breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. the staff is polite and helpful, offering many leisure activities including massages and a game room.

Some guests mention the restaurant service could be improved.

The breakfast was tasty and had a great variety of items to choose from. The location was excellent offering amazing views of the ocean and access to water activities. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around.

The service was lacking in some areas, with long wait times and unresponsive staff. The facilities could use some updating and maintenance, as some of the amenities were not functioning properly.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, clean rooms with comfortable beds, breathtaking view, amazing buffet, plenty of activities for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping making sure our needs were met. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The amenities in the room were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool. The spa and wellness centre offered various treatments, including massages, which were incredibly relaxing. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

That the music played at times was a bit too loud, but that didn't overshadow the overall great experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Lack of sunloungers at the pool/beach, and tour desk is poor value. the length of the check-in process was a bit frustrating, and some extra charges appeared on the bill.
